My journey into coaching began with my own experiences navigating depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and PTSD. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your thoughts, disconnected from yourself, and unsure where to turn. But through deep healing, mindset work, and emotional growth, I found a way forward—and now I help others do the same.
