Hi, I’m Myles—a mental health coach, advocate for emotional wellness, and someone who truly understands what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by your own mind.
My journey into coaching began with my own experiences navigating depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and PTSD. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your thoughts, disconnected from yourself, and unsure where to turn. But through deep healing, mindset work, and emotional growth, I found a way forward—and now I help others do the same.
As a coach, I create a safe, supportive space where you can unpack what’s heavy, challenge limiting beliefs, and learn tools to build a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions. My style is grounded, compassionate, and real—because healing isn’t linear, and mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all.
I’m here to walk beside you—not to tell you who to be, but to remind you of the strength and clarity you already have within you. Together, we’ll move from just surviving to truly living—with purpose, peace, and power.
